We've heard that President Trump offered federal National Guard troops for January 6th but who would have been responsible for deploying or declining to deploy those troops? Who is accountable for not putting up real barriers around the building?

The answer is: COMMITTEE "HEADS" and others...aka PRETTY DAMNING STUFF: "No one person oversees US Capitol Police -- the oversight apparatus INCLUDES representation from the Architect of the Capitol, the HOUSE and SENATE Sergeants at Arms, AS WELL AS COMMITTEES from BOTH Houses of Congress,” Bee Barnett, director of communications and programs for the U.S. Capitol Historical Society, said in an email.

The riot was a bad idea and spoiled our chance at getting the big F word out where it matters and to do it peacefully. Trump's MAGA respects the police, respects the law, does not damage property, does not burn property, does not injure people. We just want the people we voted into office to represent us with some spine. Doing what is right is a good thing
