New amnesty bill represents the idea that any foreigner has the right to come to the US, and we have no right to stop them.
Three prongs of radical bill:
1. Amnesty to everyone who arrived as of January 2021
2. Reduces existing immigration enforcement
3. Doubles legal immigration
