WATCH:

Appearing with Maria Bartiromo, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said former President Trump had offered security assistance multiple times prior to the U.S. Capitol riot January 6th but was turned down.

Meadows told Bartiromo “we also know that in January, but also throughout the summer, that the president was very vocal in making sure that we had plenty of National Guard, plenty of additional support because he supports our rule of law and supports our law enforcement and offered additional help.”

“Even in January, that was a given, as many as 10,000 National Guard troops were told to be on the ready by the Secretary of Defense” Meadows added “That was a direct order from President Trump and yet here is what we see, all kinds of blame going around but yet not a whole lot of accountability.”

PELOSI & Schumer …AND the SHAM IMPEACHMENT 2.0…is really more of a “Bill of Attainder” AND/OR “Bill of Pains and Penalties”
Definition: A legislative act THAT SINGLES OUT an individual or group FOR PUNISHMENT WITHOUT A “judge & jury” TRIAL.
The Constitution of the United States, Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3 provides that: "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law will be passed." "The Bill of Attainder Clause was intended not as a narrow, technical prohibition, but rather as an implementation of the separation of powers, a general safeguard against legislative exercise of the judicial function or more simply - trial by legislature."

U.S. Supreme Court Justice William H. Rehnquist wrote in U.S. v. Brown, 381 U.S. 437, 440 (1965). … "These clauses of the Constitution are not of the broad, general nature of the Due Process Clause, but refer to rather precise legal terms which had a meaning under English law at the time the Constitution was adopted. A BILL OF ATTAINDER was a legislative act that singled out one or more persons and imposed punishment on them, without benefit of trial. Such actions were regarded as odious by the framers of the Constitution because it was the traditional role of a court, judging an individual case, to impose punishment."

Just as Art. III (of the U.S. Constitution) confines the Judiciary to the task of adjudicating concrete "cases or controversies," so too the Bill of Attainder Clause was found to "reflect . . . the Framers' belief that the Legislative Branch is not so well suited as politically independent judges and juries to the task of ruling upon the blameworthiness of, and levying appropriate punishment upon, specific persons."
See
United States v. Lovett, supra, at 316;
Cummings v. Missouri, 71 U.S. (4 Wall.) 277, 323 (1867); cf.
United States v. Brown, 381 U.S. 437, 441–442 (1965). 381 U. S., at 445. Brown thus held that § 504 worked a bill of attainder by focusing upon easily identifiable members of a class—members of the Communist Party—and imposing on them the sanction of mandatory forfeiture of a job or office, long deemed to be punishment within the contemplation of the Bill of Attainder Clause.

The truth has to get out ~ I realize a lot needed to be "SEEN", to get people to "BELIEVE", but allowing the only narratives to be bolstered by requiring more and more evidence by Deplorables, it's causing the left to dig in further; not open their eyes.

Wow! Talk about changing the narrative!
EXACTLY what we need to do!!!! Have needed to do, instead of constantly trying to live up to the impossible demands of the left! HELL, we KNOW that they brush off the truth and evidence like dandruff off their shoulders! Why do we always play their game? We have enough evidence to choke a horse!

This is why you shouldn't ever argue with stupid people, in order to continue the discussion you will be forced to argue their stupid agenda. The left is very adept at this tactic the only difference now is that the media and the chineeze are assisting the stupid.

Isn't it impossible to argue with stupid? Or is that idiot? Maybe moron? Perhaps ignorant?I know it's one of those which we should never attempt an argument.

This sham impeachment is the real reason that we need term limits. There is way to much power,money and greed going on in Washington DC. You are witnessing in this impeachment trial a pure vendetta for Trumps promise to clear the swamp. During my travels to frogein countries mainly Ho Ann, Vietnam, I had a gentleman approach our table to tell me that Obama was just here and he promised that Trump would not interfere in their trade deal as they would be keeping a tight thumb on him. Joe Biden said and I quote,"Would like to take Trump outside and beat him up". This trial is what it is all about.
