System and Method for Personalized Preference Optimization
Publication number: 20210042794
Abstract: A system and method is provided for using biometric data from an individual to determine at least one emotion, mood, physical state, or mental state (“state”) of the individual, which is then used, either alone or together with other data, to provide the individual with certain web-based data. In one embodiment of the present invention, a Web host is in communication with at least one network device, where each network device is operated by an individual and is configured to communicate biometric data of the individual to the Web host. The Web host is then configured to use the biometric data to determine at least one state of the individual. The determined state, either alone or together with other data (e.g., interest data), is then used to provide the individual with certain content (e.g., web-based data) or to perform a particular action.

Inventors: Robin S. Slomkowski, Richard A. RothschildSystem and method for using, processing, and displaying biometric data
Patent number: 10910016
Abstract: A method is provided for identifying and displaying video data of a user, either alone or together (in synchronization) with other data, such as biometric data acquired during a time that the video data was captured/received. The method includes storing biometric data separately from the video data, allowing the biometric data to be search quickly to identify at least one value (e.g., a value corresponding to at least one biometric event). At least one biometric time-stamp (e.g., a time, a sample rate, a position within a plurality of values, etc.) linked to the identified value can then be used to identify a corresponding video time-frame, which can then be used to play the video data, either alone or together with biometric data, starting at a particular time (e.g., at a time that the event occurred, shortly before the event occurred, etc.).

System and method for providing an advertisement to a recipient of web page data
Patent number: 10719857
Abstract: A system and method is provided for sending least one advertisement to a recipient of web page data and providing additional communication data in response to the recipient interacting with the advertisement. A sender network device communicates with an advertising application operating on a Web site, where the Web site includes or has access to a plurality of advertisements including the at least one advertisement. In one embodiment of the present invention, the sender control over advertisements that are provided to the recipient by allowing the sender to delete (or remove) an advertisement from either the at least one advertisement or the plurality of advertisements. If a displayed advertisement is interactive, and the advertisement is interacted with, the advertising application will provide the recipient with additional communication data by providing recipient network device with a URL wherejne data can be found.

Inventor: Richard A RothschildSystem and method for providing an advertisement to a reception device
Patent number: 10643255
Abstract: A system and method is provided for sending at least one advertisement to a reception device and providing additional communication data to a recipient that interacts with the advertisement. In one embodiment of the present invention, a provider of website data has control over advertisements that are provided to a recipient viewing the website data by allowing the sender to delete (or remove) an advertisement from the available advertisements. If a displayed advertisement is interactive, and the advertisement is interacted with, the advertising application will provide the recipient with additional communication date by sending a request for said data to the provider of the advertisement, wherein said request recorded by the provider of the advertisement and redirected to the advertisers website by providing the advertiser's URL to the reception device.

Connecting your body to artificial intelligence
Big Tech and Big Pharma want to connect all of us to global networks that can surveill us 24/7, and... decide wether we can move freely or not. With that in mind, one particular invention from 2015 becomes intriguing.
In 2015 Richard Rothschild invented a 'Method for Testing for COVID-19'. The method consists of sending our personal health information to 'the cloud', which is controlled by Big Tech. (14A)
System and Method for Testing for COVID-19
Publication number: 20200279585
Abstract: A method is provided for acquiring and transmitting biometric data (e.g., vital signs) of a user, where the data is analyzed to determine whether the user is suffering from a viral infection, such as COVID-19. The method includes using a pulse oximeter to acquire at least pulse and blood oxygen saturation percentage, which is transmitted wirelessly to a smartphone. To ensure that the data is accurate, an accelerometer within the smartphone is used to measure movement of the smartphone and/or the user. Once accurate data is acquired, it is uploaded to the cloud (or host), where the data is used (alone or together with other vital signs) to determine whether the user is suffering from (or likely to suffer from) a viral infection, such as COVID-19. Depending on the specific requirements, the data, changes thereto, and/or the determination can be used to alert medical staff and take corresponding actions.

Inventor: Richard A. Rothschild
Richard Rothschild is not a medical professional, but a lawyer. Why does a lawyer want to create a method to detect viruses? We find the answer by looking at his other invention. He developed a system where people are being filmed to collect detailed information about their face, bodies, movements, etc.
This video data is then combined with other personal information, and sent to the cloud, where it is connected to artificial intelligence.
If all our personal medical data is 'in the cloud', it can be used by the authorities to surveil and control us.
