Each State in the Union should, vehemently, consider the following constitutional measures to take in order to escape a planned federal dictatorship, with roots in the present administration and CCP affiliation. Holes are being poked through our rights and freedoms, and, eventually, they will disappear, altogether. Stand up and take the following researched legal measures, necessary, to prevent a totalitarian regime or communism from blanketing your individual states:

  1. Article V of the Constitution addresses how a ‘Convention of States’ can, legally, LIMIT the TERMS of Congress. States may ‘collectively’ pass a term limits amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Article V of the Constitution allows, *EITHER*, thirty-four (34) states at ‘convention’ *OR* both chambers of Congress to propose constitutional amendments. Thirty-eight (38) states must ratify the proposal in order for it to be enshrined as law. To date (18) states have joined this convention with (15) more on the horizon. Lobbyists oppose term limits because they hate losing their investments in lawmakers. Career politicians, with no term limits, have produced the world’s biggest bureaucracy in DC!
  2. 10th Amendment Rights - Form a state alliance, not to secede, but for the purpose of exercising your ‘10th Amendment rights’ by telling the federal government that the states will NOT do anything unconstitutional and will defy unconstitutional orders issued by it. The 10th Amendment defines the relationship between federal and state governments: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
  3. The Oklahoma House, overwhelmingly, passed a bill, HB 1236, that would grant the state's attorney general and STATE LEGISLATURE the authority to review the President's executive orders to determine constitutionality. Specifically, the bill would authorize the LEGISLATURE to recommend that the attorney general review any executive order, federal agency rule, or federal congressional action to determine whether the state should seek an exemption or declare it unconstitutional. If either the attorney general OR the LEGISLATURE, by concurrent resolution, declares the act unconstitutional, then all state, local officials, and any, publicly, funded organization are prohibited from enforcing it. (ALL STATES need to do the same as Oklahoma!)
